Endeavor Composites Recognized as Small Business Excellence Recipient at Pinnacle Business Awards

The Knoxville Chamber is pleased to announce Endeavor Composites as the recipient of the Pinnacle Business Award in the Small Business Excellence category. Specializing in the production of high-quality composites for industries like automotive and aerospace, the company blends strength, sustainability, and innovation to provide environmentally friendly solutions. The Small Business Excellence Award, sponsored by WorkSpace Interiors, is presented to an East Tennessee small business, employing 50 or less, that has consistently grown its workforce and revenue.

Hicham Ghossein, CEO of Endeavor Composites, shared, “In our world, composites were promised to be the new manufacturing solution for the future, but it remained out of reach for many due to its high cost. We’ve found a way to make the reinforcement part of composites affordable. By lowering these costs, we’re able to bring composites into everyday items, like the F-150, without the high price tag typically associated with materials used for jet fighters.”

Endeavor Composites’ success is also attributed to its commitment to sustainability. The company repurposes discarded materials from other industries, contributing to a circular economy while lowering production costs.

The annual Pinnacle Business Awards, presented by Pinnacle Financial Partners, celebrate regional business excellence, honoring outstanding professionals in nine categories for their contributions to the greater Knoxville economy. Winners are selected by the Knoxville Chamber Board of Directors. Approximately 200 companies are nominated annually for recognition.
