UT Federal Credit Union Hires Chief Financial Officer

KNOXVILLE, TENN. – October 4, 2024 – UT Federal Credit Union has recently hired a new executive team member to lead and manage all financial elements within the organization. 

Dale Johnson – Dale Johnson has been hired as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at UT Federal Credit Union. He has previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Gulf Winds Credit Union in Pensacola, Fla., and has nearly 20 years of experience in upper-level management of financial institutions. Mr. Johnson has a proven record of combining strategic leadership and subject matter expertise to establish excellence across operational processes, systematically improve financial policies, and build teams that exceed expectations. He leverages industry best practices, executive-level vision, and team-building methodologies to align people, processes, and resources with the financial objectives of the credit union.

Mr. Johnson earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Florida. He is also a Certified Agile Leader I through the Scrum Alliance.
