Regional executive peer advisory board adds Knoxville area member Hicks

Knoxville, Tenn. – Crystal Hicks, senior vice president of operations at Emory Valley Center, has been selected to be a member of a senior executive peer advisory board in Knoxville by Vistage Worldwide, Inc. She joins over 350 senior executives, business owners, and CEOs across the state of Tennessee who are Vistage members. Hicks has been a dedicated leader in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) for over 25 years. With a master’s degree in performance management and organizational training, she has played a key role in program development, quality improvement, and advocacy for individuals with IDD. Crystal is committed to enhancing services and supporting independence for those served.

Board Master Chair Kurt Greene said, “When I was involved with Vistage earlier in my career, I learned first-hand the value of having access to trusted peers for exploring new ideas and gaining useful insights. As a Vistage Chair, it’s a real honor and privilege to work closely with Crystal and this amazing group of successful business leaders.” Greene is Chair of the three Vistage advisory boards in the greater Knoxville area.
