For over thirty years, Realty Executives Associates (REA) has maintained a respectable presence in the East Tennessee real estate market, which is why they are pleased to be opening a brick-and-mortar office in downtown Knoxville. The powered brand office will be located at 323 Union Avenue, just across from the Embassy Suites Hotel, and plans to open the first week of February.

A powered brand office allows teams and individual Realtors to open an office under the REA brand, who will provide back-end support such as commissions, accounting, contract compliance, etc. to the agents and brokers of that office, so that they can focus on attracting and retaining other agents working in their specific market.

“This is a dream come true,” said Justin Bailey, CEO and lead broker of Realty Executives. “We want to ensure our agents are equipped to serve clients in each specific neighborhood, and although our agents were doing a lot of business in that area, we felt that offering them a physical space would better support their success. It was serendipitous when Emily and Bailey approached us wanting to open a downtown location. The timing along with how well they fit our culture was just ideal,” Justin Bailey explained.

There will be an official ribbon cutting with the Knoxville Chamber on February 4th at 11 a.m. Attendees can expect refreshments, giveaways, a photo booth, and a chance to network with other business professionals and downtown neighbors.
