Join the Young Professionals of Knoxville (YPK) for YPK 101 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm on Tuesday, April 19 at the Knoxville Botanical Gardens Dogwood Center. YPK 101 is designed to educate prospective, new, and existing YPK members on how to get the most out of their membership. Attendees will also learn about organizational volunteer opportunities, including serving on the Board of Directors and committees, and how involvement can help your growth within and outside of YPK.

“We’re very excited for this year’s YPK 101, as it will be one of our largest ever hosted,” said YPK Recruitment Committee Co-Chair, Maddie Haynes. “Personally, I have found that YPK has provided me leadership experience, professional connections, and genuine friendships.”

Originally established in 2006 from the recognition of an absence in relationships between Knoxville business owners, the community, and the next generation of business leaders, YPK has since grown to a membership of more than 200 skilled, involved, and energetic young professionals. With a variety of events and activities each month, the upcoming YPK 101 on April 19 is just one example of the personal and professionally focused opportunities members can participate in to connect, develop, and serve.

Registration for this free event is open until April 15. Detailed information and registration is
available online at www.ypknox.com/upcoming-events/.
