K&P Remodeling Celebrates Michael Baer’s Selection to Knox News’ 40 Under 40 Class of 2025

K&P Remodeling is proud to announce that Michael Baer, Chief People and Compliance Officer, has been named to the Knox News’ 40 Under 40 Class of 2025, an honor recognizing young professionals who are making a lasting impact on the Knoxville community and shaping the region’s future.

Baer’s selection reflects his commitment to people-first leadership, community engagement, and ethical workplace culture. In his role at K&P Remodeling, he oversees people operations and compliance while leading initiatives that prioritize employee well-being, community outreach, and organizational integrity. He also runs the company’s philanthropy programs. 

Beyond K&P Remodeling, Baer is deeply involved in the Knoxville community. He is a proud Rotarian with the Knoxville Rotary with many other like minded leaders who value service above self, an active member of the Knoxville Chamber always representing K&P Remodeling in a positive light, and a dedicated advocate for service-driven leadership. His work both inside and outside the organization reflects a passion for strengthening Knoxville through collaboration, compassion, and action.
