Michael Baer has been appointed as the Chief Culture and Community Outreach Officer, a new position focused on strengthening community ties and fostering a people-first culture within the company.

Michael Baer transitions into this role from a successful tenure in sales at K&P Remodeling, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s values and operations. “Our mission is clear: to put community and people first,” said Baer. “We aim to give back to Knoxville in meaningful ways, and we’re starting with initiatives like supporting local blessing boxes.” “We also operate in 11 states total so our goal is to branch out to those areas as well.” Most recently the company supported the Powell Presbyterian Church and the Fountain City United Methodist Church’s blessing boxes.
