K&P Remodeling Announces New Culture and Community Outreach Role
K&P Remodeling, a distinguished local business headquartered in Knoxville, has a significant leadership addition. Michael Baer has been appointed as the Chief Culture and Community Outreach Officer, a new position focused on strengthening community ties and fostering a people-first culture within the company.
Michael Baer transitions into this role from a successful tenure in sales at K&P Remodeling, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s values and operations. His new role underscores K&P’s commitment to prioritizing both community engagement and the well-being of their employees.
“Our mission is clear: to put community and people first,” said Baer. “We aim to give back to Knoxville in meaningful ways, and we’re starting with initiatives like supporting local blessing boxes.” “We also operate in 11 states total so our goal is to branch out to those areas as well.” Most recently the company supported the Powell Presbyterian Church and the Fountain City United Methodist Church’s blessing boxes.
The blessing boxes, a cornerstone of K&P’s community outreach, operate on the simple yet profound motto, “Take what you need, leave what you can.” These boxes provide an accessible way for less fortunate members of the community to obtain essential items. By encouraging those who are able to contribute, K&P fosters a culture of support and mutual aid within Knoxville and the surrounding areas.
K&P Remodeling’s dedication to community service and employee welfare reflects their core values and sets a positive example for businesses throughout the region.
