Business partners and husband-and-wife team, Juliana Terra and Zhenya Fomin, are the visionaries for the concept. Drawing inspiration from Juliana’s Brazilian heritage and Zhenya’s passion for sustainability, the couple has created a space that blends vibrant colors with natural elements, fostering an inspiring and peaceful atmosphere. As co-owners of Urbano Construction and Properties Group, the duo has played a significant role in shaping Knoxville’s landscape, including their involvement in the new downtown Hotel Cleo.

Juliana, with her architectural expertise, has long been dedicated to creating spaces that empower local entrepreneurs. Knox Base Coworking is a natural extension of that mission, offering a supportive community designed to help small businesses thrive.
