Invitation to the University of Tennessee Welcome Back Student Engagement Fair

The Center for Student Engagement at the University of Tennessee would like to invite Knoxville area organizations and businesses to take part in a large Welcome Week event in August as we welcome students back to campus. The Student Engagement Fair is a wonderful way to get acquainted with our students on campus this fall! The event allows student organizations and area community partners to showcase opportunities, products, and services to students at one of our highest attended events of the year with thousands attending annually.

A table and two chairs will be provided to each community partner that registers. Limited power is available. We encourage you to bring informational materials and giveaways for distribution. Students will be provided bags at check in. More details on parking and loading will be e-mailed in August.

2021 Engagement Fair Details:
• Date: August 20th, 2021
• Time: 6PM-8PM
• Location: Pedestrian Walkway

Registration for the Engagement Fair is $25 and a registration link can be secured by emailing Ashleigh Moyer at [email protected]. Please register no later than Friday, August 13th at 5pm. Payment can be made by cash or check. Please make checks out to the Student Activities Program Fund and mail to the address below by August 13th.

Participation in the Engagement Fair is on a first-come, first-serve basis due to a limited number of tables available, so registering soon is recommended. Contact Ashleigh Moyer at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
