Enrichment Federal Credit Union celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, July 30, for its future branch site at 1421 E. Emory Road. Community members, business leaders, and representatives from local nonprofit organizations were in attendance along with Enrichment Federal Credit Union board members, executives, and staff.

Mike Hayes, Enrichment Chief Executive Officer, and Rick Benson, Enrichment Board Chair, opened the ceremony with comments highlighting the Credit Union’s dedication to helping members build a stronger financial future and the significance of the new branch location.
“Enrichment has been helping members save money for more than 75 years. Our new branch is conveniently located on Emory Road and will provide convenient access to Enrichment’s financial services to the surrounding communities,” said Hayes.

Designed with the member experience in mind, Enrichment’s new branch will combine a community-inspired design, modern banking technology, and in-person staff to provide personalized service.

The future branch conducted its first order of business during the groundbreaking ceremony by honoring local charities. Representatives from DeBusk Boys and Girls Club, United Veteran’s Council, Halls Elementary School, and Brickey-McCloud Elementary School were presented with a $1,000 donation check and a bin overflowing with program supplies specific to each organization.

“Today’s groundbreaking ceremony is not only about opening our doors for business in a new building, but also about our commitment to supporting our neighbors. Our Community Enrichment Program is one of the many ways that we do our part to help make the communities we serve a better place to live, work, and worship. These donations are representative of the voice of our members, and we’re honored to present them today,” said Hayes.

Enrichment Federal Credit Union’s Emory Road Branch is expected to open in mid-year, 2026.
