East Tennessee REALTORS® Honors Marian Epps as 2024 REALTOR® of the Year

Realty Executives and East Tennessee REALTORS® is proud to announce that Marian Epps has been named the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the real estate industry and the East Tennessee community. The REALTOR® of the Year award is the highest honor bestowed by East Tennessee REALTORS®, recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to the real estate industry, demonstrated high ethical standards, and shown a commitment to community service.

A Knoxville native, Marian has dedicated over two decades to serving clients with unparalleled professionalism and expertise. As a broker with Realty Executives Associates, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, earning accolades such as being voted Best REALTOR® in Cityview Magazine for three consecutive years and being honored in the Knoxville Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list. She also won REA’s peer-nominated 2022 Burkey Award, one of the firm’s highest honors.

Beyond her professional achievements, Marian served as the 2022 President of East Tennessee REALTORS®, and is currently the 2024 Division 3 Vice-President for Tennessee REALTORS®. She also serves with ChildHelp Knoxville, and is a proud Leadership Knoxville graduate.
