Scott Caldwell, Founder of Caldwell Design & Engineering, is a licensed Civil Engineer with 9+ years of experience. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and a B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee, as well as an M.S. in Engineering Management from Louisville University. Scott is licensed in 16 states and has worked for the City of Cleveland, USACE, Freeland & Kauffman Ragan-Smith Associates, and Berry Engineers. He is involved with ASCE and MOAA and has exceptional software skills in Civil Design. Caldwell D&E offers a range of services including Site Design, Grading Design, Stormwater Design, Inspections, and SWPPP Permitting, as well as due diligence for commercial, residential, and government sites.
