Pantene Diner on Wheels – Knoxville

Country pop star and Knoxville native, Kelsea Ballerini, made waves as the star of Pantene’s campaign for ‘Fixins for Country Fried Hair.’ Following its success, Pantene is hitting the road to bring their favorite fixins for hair woes to the public through their Hair Fixins Diner on Wheels – kicking off in Knoxville!

From September 11 – 14th, Pantene’s Diner on Wheels will be stationed at the Tennessee Valley Fair for fair goers to stop by at their leisure. Please see additional details below:
