Be part of bringing the Garden of Celebration to life with Good Deeds Day international day of community service.

Help us plant and shape the new natural playscape for our community. Join a plant swap from 3–4 PM—bring a plant to exchange, organized by Knoxville–Oak Ridge Hadassah—and take part in Jewish plant taste testing, featuring recipes inspired by plants growing in the garden. Along the way, participants will learn about traditional Jewish heritage plants and sustainable gardening techniques that can be used at home and beyond.

This hands-on workshop is open to all ages and ability levels—come dig, plant, share, and grow something lasting together!
