Blue Water Climate Control Expands to Second Location

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held October 1, 2021, to celebrate the opening of Blue Water Climate Control’s new location in Loudon. The new branch office is located in downtown Loudon on Wharf Street in the Colony Building. Blue Water Climate Control is a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor that began in Knoxville in 2018. It is owned by Jeremy and Sharon James. Both Jeremy and Sharon were born and raised in Tennessee but returned to Tennessee in 2016 following Jeremy’s 24 year career in the U.S. Navy.

Blue Water Climate Control is a Quality Assured Contractor accredited by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). This accreditation required a comprehensive review of their professional licenses, insurance, business registration documents, and completion of orientation training. They are also subject to a third-party verification of the Quality Contractor Elements.
