Biltmore Property Group announces ORVIS addition in Western Plaza Shopping Center

Biltmore Property Group, along with their leasing team of Avison-Young Knoxville, is pleased to
announce the addition of ORVIS in the Western Plaza Shopping Center in Bearden.

The ORVIS location in Bearden will consist of approximately 5,300 square feet and will be
located in the retail level of the three story multi use building on the east side of the property.
The ORVIS Co., founded in 1856, is a privately held retailer and outdoor lifestyle brand. The
world leader in fly fishing products with a wide assortment of men’s and women’s sportswear,
fine gifts, luggage, travel accessories and an industry leader in dog beds and innovative dog
products.

outdoors to the Knoxville market. This will be our 4th store in the state of Tennessee and
consider Knoxville to be a natural fit for our brand and a place where we can strive to be a

with Orvis Endorsed Guide of the Year (2020) Frontier Anglers and Ijams Nature Center for
events and conservation efforts. We expect to open to the public October 15th and will

Along with the addition of ORVIS, Western Plaza has been very active in attracting new tenants
recently. 10 new tenants have opened locations in Western Plaza since the spring of 2020.
Those Retail Tenants include Rocky Top Nutrition, Amanda Maddox Salon, Dos Bros Fresh
Mexican Grill, Prime IV, and Beauty MRKT. More recent additions include Ever Bowl, Pedego
Electric Bikes and Apricot Lane. Office tenants include ESpaces and Cobbs Allen. The office
portion of the center is now completely occupied.
