The Inc. 5000 annual report looks at these fast-growing innovators and what they are doing that sets them apart. This year, fourteen Knoxville-area companies made the 2020 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America. The Knoxville Chamber has worked to build a profile for each of the businesses that have been nominated, learn more below.

1. Tell us about your company – how did you get started, what inspired your business.

Arsenal Strength was founded on the basic principle of providing the best, most dominating products in the strength equipment industry.  We wanted to create a company that stood behind its products and it’s people. We wanted to develop products that the industry lacked with attention to detail and design.

2. What factors do you attribute to your growth last year?

Our growth was attributed to our basic principles – providing the best, most dominating products on the market. Coupled with our extremely knowledgeable team, we are a force to be reckoned with. 

 3. How do you see your company evolving and/or what are your plans to sustain that growth in the future?

As we continue to grow, our product portfolio will continue to increase.  Our team is just getting started, as we have a lot more products that will be released in the coming years. Also, we will continue to vertically integrate and build our manufacturing facility, also increase our capabilities and grow our most valuable resource – our people.

 4. Are there any aspects of operating in the Knoxville region that has been instrumental in your growth? 

Knoxville has been a great city to develop our company in.  It seems to be rather business friendly, and is a great community to relocate folks to.
