Axiom Wealth Management Names Chief Strategy Officer, Promotes Client Experience Leader
Axiom Wealth Management (Axiom) has announced two leadership appointments as the firm continues to scale its operations and expand its advisory platform beyond $1 billion in assets under management. The firm named Daniel Ramsey as chief strategy officer and promoted Paige Pool to manager of team and client experience, moves that reflect Axiom’s focus on disciplined growth and long‑term organizational strength.
“Reaching a billion dollars in assets is a milestone, but it’s not the destination,” Jim LaPinska, chief executive officer at Axiom, said. “What matters is how we grow from here, in a thoughtful and intentional way that continues to serve our clients, advisors and employees well.”
As chief strategy officer, Ramsey will be responsible for overseeing Axiom’s strategic planning efforts, aligning initiatives across departments, and helping guide the firm’s next phase of growth. His role includes evaluating new opportunities, strengthening internal alignment and ensuring that expansion efforts remain consistent with Axiom’s fiduciary mindset.
“Daniel has a rare ability to connect big picture strategy with day‑to‑day execution,” LaPinska said. “He understands what it takes to grow an advisory business while keeping advisors focused on serving clients, which is what matters most. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to scale.”
Ramsey brings 24 years of experience in financial services and has spent the last 15with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company. A Blount County native, he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and business management with a focus on organizational behavior from Maryville College. He also serves on the boards of Harbour’s Gate and Yoke Youth Ministries.
Alongside Ramsey’s appointment, Axiom promoted Paige Pool to manager of team and client experience, a role focused on advisor support, internal operations, and the consistency of the firm’s client experience. Pool joined Axiom Wealth Management in 2024 as executive assistant and advanced into a leadership role in 2026 overseeing team coordination and client experience initiatives. In her expanded position, she will focus on improving workflows, strengthening internal communication and supporting advisors so they can deliver a seamless experience to clients.
“Exceptional client experience doesn’t happen by accident, it’s built intentionally behind the scenes,” LaPinska said. “Paige has consistently demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of our teams. Her experience in high-pressure, client-facing environments has translated well to our organization, where she brings the communication, preparation, and consistency that are critical in a growing advisory firm. This role formalizes the impact she’s already been making.”
Before entering financial services, Pool spent several years in broadcast media, including roles as a meteorologist with WVLT and WBXX in Knoxville and chief meteorologist at WYMT in Hazard, Kentucky. Her background brings a unique perspective to Axiom’s leadership team.
The leadership changes reflect Axiom’s continued commitment to investing in its people as the firm grows. By strengthening leadership across both strategy and client experience, the firm is positioning itself to scale responsibly while preserving the culture and service model that distinguish it.
