Wallace Real Estate returns downtown with ribbon cutting at new office

Wallace Real Estate, East Tennessee’s leading independent real estate brokerage, is officially opening its new office in downtown Knoxville with a ribbon cutting at 1 p.m. on Jan. 22 at its new space at 625 S. Gay Street #205.

The new office will serve clients not only in the downtown area, but also across the region, providing the same exceptional service Wallace has been known for since 1936.

The office will be led by Principal Broker Jennifer Montgomery, a deeply rooted community leader known for her Local Lore series, which celebrates the untold stories and history of Knoxville’s neighborhoods and landmarks.
