Knoxville Leadership Foundation will hold a ceremony to commemorate the groundbreaking of its new 88-unit Callahan Flats Apartments affordable housing project on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

Knoxville Leadership Foundation, a non-profit corporation located in Knoxville, TN, has been connecting the greatest needs in our city with the resources necessary to see people and communities thrive for 30 years.

The new affordable housing apartment facility will feature 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms plans and include 58 units designated for permanent supportive housing as well as 30 affordable housing units.

Monolith Construction is the general contractor and Allen Associates Architects, PLLC is the project architect.

This public/private partnership is funded by Redstone Equity Partners, Tennessee Housing Development Agency, the City of Knoxville, and Citizens National Bank in Sevierville.
