[August 26, 2022] The Knoxville community is invited to attend a special ceremony on
September 8, 2022 when Servpro of West Knoxville breaks ground on a 31,250 square foot
facility, which will house offices, a training room for on-site educational courses and trainings, a
client showroom, employee bunkroom, employee gym, and a warehouse that will include areas
for full service contents cleaning and restoration and an ozone chamber.

Servpro of West Knoxville has been a trusted leader in the restoration industry in Knoxville
providing 24-hour emergency services to residential and commercial customers related to water
damage, storm damage, fire damage, biohazard, crime scene clean up, mold remediation, covid
sanitization, and more. This new facility will host the most modern and state-of-the-art
machinery and equipment.

The initial clearing of the site has begun and construction will progress over the next several
months. The new building is expected to go vertical as early as the end of June or the beginning
