Dr. Daniel Anderson Moves to Tennova Primary Care – Karns

KNOXVILLE, TN – Tennova Healthcare recently welcomed internal medicine physician Daniel Anderson, D.O., to this new office at Tennova Primary Care – Karns, located at 7210 Oak Ridge Highway, Knoxville. Most recently, Dr. Anderson saw patients at Tennova Primary Care – North, located in Powell. Dr. Anderson offers well checks, sick visits and annual health screenings for men, women and young adults, ages 18 years and older. He is also dedicated to preventive medicine and management of chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. 

Dr. Anderson earned his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. He also completed an internship and residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Anderson is also an adjunct professor at Lincoln Memorial University.

Tennova Primary Care – Karns is conveniently located in a shopping plaza near the corner of Oak Ridge Highway and Harrell Road (near Grace Christian Academy). The spacious new office features plenty of front door parking and an onsite lab. In addition to Dr. Anderson, family medicine physicians Rachel Bowman, M.D., and Kaneez Leonard-Bowden, M.D., are also accepting new patients at Tennova Primary Care – Karns.
