Before your event, our team will:
- Include your event in an email to the Chamber team, elected officials, and other business community members.
- Create an event posting on the Knoxville Chamber’s Ribbon Cuttings Eventbrite page which will include your business name and logo, location, event description, and a map to your location.
- Send you a list of elected officials (local, state, and federal); a media guide with radio, newspaper, and television contacts; and a list of Chamber investors in your zip code on mailing labels, if you wish to send paper invitations. Please note: it is your responsibility to send invitations to these people for your event.
- The Chamber will provide the supplies specific to your event, whether it be the ribbon and giant scissors, shovels, or anniversary plaque.
- Give you the option to purchase a custom keepsake shadowbox to arrive approximately 4 weeks following your event.
After your event, our team will:
- Email you commemorative photos.
- Promote your event in our bi-monthly newsletter, on social media, and on our website.
Executive, Bronze, and Silver investors receive a 30% discount on event services. Gold investors and above receive one complimentary event each year.
