The Knoxville Chamber works with business and community leaders, as well as nonprofit and government partners, to create a healthy ecosystem for entrepreneurial growth in the region. Path to Prosperity focuses on convening community resources to overcome challenges within that ecosystem, charging the Entrepreneurship / Small Business Council with developing an access to capital strategy.

Recognizing that Black-owned businesses are essential for increasing wealth and jobs, the Chamber is supporting the working of 100Knoxville, an effort to grow Black-owned businesses in Knoxville by $10 million in five years.
