The Director of Investor Experience plays a key strategic role in developing an integrated marketing and communications plan to advance the Chamber’s mission, vision, and plan. This position is responsible for communicating the Chamber’s priorities to various stakeholders.

Job type: Full-time | Regular | 37.5+ hrs/wk | Exempt

 

Position Overview:
  • Marketing – The Director of Investor Experience will develop and oversee the execution of strategic marketing plans to support the organization’s mission, vision, and goals, including but not limited to, brand positioning, market analysis, social media strategy and execution, vendor selection, and management.
  • Public Relations – The Director of Investor Experience will oversee media relations, writing, and distribution of press releases.
  • Events Management – The Director of Investor Experience will oversee the organization and execution of events.
  • Administration – The Director of Investor Experience will lead the organization’s Investor Experience team of three.

 

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications, or other related degree
  • 3-5 years of full-time leadership and experience in marketing and communications
  • Ability to work creatively and independently, ever mindful of the impact their work has on the image of the Chamber

 

Technical skills desired:
  • Technologically aware and proficient on various hardware/software applications.
  • Solid understanding of or experience with key marketing and communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics and other web metrics, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, WordPress, social media management systems, etc.)
  • Experience with Eventbrite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
