In this COVID-19 era, locally owned Knoxville business, New2Knox, is defying the odds and pivoting its business to offer in-person and virtual resources for both seasoned locals and Newbies.

Originally established in 2016, New2Knox has successfully been connecting the people of Knoxville to the local businesses of Knoxville through a variety of events, social media, and New2Knox.com – all working to help them find their new favorite businesses while meeting their new best friends!

“Our heart is all about coming alongside the people & businesses of Knoxville to provide opportunities to foster actual human connection and just make their experience in our city as special as possible,” says co-founder and 5 year Knoxville native, Emilie Stooksbury.

In 2021, New2Knox is excited to be expanding its offers to help more people and businesses than ever before with resources such as:

New2Knox.com: The only resource you’ll need to become a Knoxville expert and keep up with all that is new in Knoxville!

-Women & Men’s 5 Week Small Group: Limited to 5 attendees, each small group is curated to give you an inside look into the local businesses of Knoxville while building meaningful friendships along the way.

-Singles Dating Group: Get off the apps and enjoy the magic of in-person connections at our brand new Singles Dating Group! More info to come.

New2Knox isn’t only helping current residents of Knoxville, but future ones too! After identifying a need amongst new and incoming residents, New2Knox launched their sister

company Move2Knox in the fall of 2020. Designed to make the transition from Newbie to Local totally seamless — Certified Move2Knox Agents provide in-coming residents a personalized and friendly home-buying experience that will ensure they land in the perfect home and area for them on the first try.

Local businesses & residents like The Knoxville Chamber, Pour Taproom, Knox Brew Hub, and more are already taking advantage of the value that New2Knox & Move2Knox provide. Co-Founder & Real Estate Agent Emily Stevens says, “It has been so rewarding to help fill this gap between businesses and residents, and even more exciting to know that we are just getting started with sharing our love of Knoxville.”

Through their New2Knox Certified Business partnership opportunities, New2Knox is making sure the heart and hard work Knoxville business owners put into their locations is recognized & appreciated by all who enter our scruffy little city.

New2Knox & Move2Knox are bridging the gap for residents and businesses alike. They have mastered the art of showcasing Knoxville’s businesses while helping her people find a community that makes their city feel like home.
