(SCHAS) is a nonprofit organization providing in-home caregiving services to older adults\, Veterans\, and adults with disabilities. \nSCHAS is the only caregiving agency in Tennessee offering an Equitable Access Care Program\, where hourly rates are based on a client’s net income.
