DESCRIPTION:Tennessee Brew Works\, the Tennessee-based craft brewery with locations in Nashville\, BNA Airport\, and soon Lenoir City\, will usher in spring with the inaugural Snail Darter Fest on April 25 at its new Lenoir City location\, 200 East Depot Street. A portion of beer sales from this event will benefit the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) of the Ninth Judicial District serving Loudon\, Meigs\, Morgan and Roane Counties.\nFree and open to the public\, this all-day celebration will feature more than 800 pounds of fresh Gulf shrimp served with all the traditional fixings of a classic Low Country Boil. Walk-ups are welcome throughout the day on a first-come\, first-served basis\, and friendly\, leashed dogs are invited to join the festivities.\n“We are deeply honored and excited to become part of the Lenoir City community\,” said Christian Spears\, Founder and President of Tennessee Brew Works. “We are very grateful for the support and partnerships extended to us. We look forward to a great festival celebrating the history of the famed Snail Darter together.”\nSnail Darter Fest will take place rain or shine on Saturday\, April 25\, 2026\, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free\, with ample seating available. Parking is plentiful; however\, guests are encouraged to use ride-share services when possible.\nLIVE MUSIC SCHEDULE – SATURDAY\, APRIL 25\n·   12:00 p.m. Cole Sitzlar\n·   2:00 p.m. Willow Osborne\n·   4:00 p.m. Rebecca Frazier & Friends\n·   6:00 p.m. Greasy Chicken Review\nTennessee Brew Works extends its sincere appreciation to its valued partners: the Downtown Merchants Association of Lenoir City; Jack Qualls of the Loudon County Economic Development Agency; the Lenoir City Council and Mayor Tony Aikens; Mike “Grimey” Grimes for curating the musical lineup.\nFor more information\, please visit Tennessee Brew Works’ social media channels or website at tnbrew.com/snaildarter.

SUMMARY:Why Your Feedback Isn't Working: Building a Foundation of Relationships and Results
DESCRIPTION:Leading a team is a constant balancing act. You don’t want to be the “mean boss” who runs people over\, so you hold back. But then you’re forced to step in and put out the fires yourself just to get the job done. You end up overworked\, your team stays stuck\, and the cycle repeats. \nWhether you’re walking on eggshells or just frustrated with the lack of progress\, the result is the same: The results don’t get better and the relationship gets strained. \nFeedback shouldn’t be a scary “event” or a yearly surprise. It is a tool you use every day to help your team grow. This workshop moves past corporate scripts to focus on a servant-leadership model that balances getting results with building real relationships. \nWhat We’ll Cover:\n-Why your current approach isn’t working\n-A shift in your mindset to reframe feedback\n-A practical checklist to ensure your team is equipped to win before you ever have to address a problem. \n**Cost\ne|space members: free\nnon-members: $35 \n**lunch is included with each ticket

\nWhether you’re walking on eggshells or just frustrated with the lack of progress\, the product is the same: The results don’t get better and the relationship gets strained.\nFeedback shouldn’t be a scary “event” or a yearly surprise. It is a tool you use every day to help your team grow. This workshop moves past corporate scripts to focus on a servant-leadership model that balances getting results while building real relationships. \nWhat We’ll Cover:\n– Why your current approach to feedback isn’t working\n– Reframing feedback as a tool for growth\n– A practical checklist to ensure your team is equipped to win before you ever have to address a problem. \nLink for Registration**: https://www.everyday-success.com/event-details/why-your-feedback-isnt-working \n**This is a lunch and learn workshop; the lunch is included in the cost of your ticket See less
