SUMMARY:Gianni Schicchi
DESCRIPTION:Schemes\, wills\, and one unforgettable con. Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi is a fast-paced farce full of family drama\, crafty deception\, and razor-sharp wit. When a wealthy Florentine dies and leaves his fortune to a monastery\, his greedy relatives turn to the sly and unconventional Gianni Schicchi to fix the problem—with delightfully chaotic results. \nBursting with humor and high-stakes trickery\, this one-act gem is a hilarious closer to our Masters of Mischief season. Featuring the beloved aria “O mio babbino caro” and a cast of characters who’ll do anything for a fortune\, Gianni Schicchi proves that sometimes\, crime does pay—at least in opera. \nSung in Italian with projected English translations.

SUMMARY:Why Your Feedback Isn't Working: Building a Foundation of Relationships and Results
DESCRIPTION:Leading a team is a constant balancing act. You don’t want to be the “mean boss” who runs people over\, so you hold back. But then you’re forced to step in and put out the fires yourself just to get the job done. You end up overworked\, your team stays stuck\, and the cycle repeats. \nWhether you’re walking on eggshells or just frustrated with the lack of progress\, the result is the same: The results don’t get better and the relationship gets strained. \nFeedback shouldn’t be a scary “event” or a yearly surprise. It is a tool you use every day to help your team grow. This workshop moves past corporate scripts to focus on a servant-leadership model that balances getting results with building real relationships. \nWhat We’ll Cover:\n-Why your current approach isn’t working\n-A shift in your mindset to reframe feedback\n-A practical checklist to ensure your team is equipped to win before you ever have to address a problem. \n**Cost\ne|space members: free\nnon-members: $35 \n**lunch is included with each ticket
