Knoxville Chamber, state featured in Solar Today
The May edition of Solar Today magazine features a story about the photovoltaic industry and its growth in Tennessee. While it mentions the recruitment of Hemlock Semiconductor and Wacker Chemie, it also focuses on the exciting things happening in the Knoxville-Oak Ridge Innovation Valley.
Because of the presence of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the University of Tennessee, Doug Lawyer, VP of economic development at the Chamber, says that the region is hearing from and courting solar projects.
