Hardin Business Park, located on 95 acres along Hardin Valley Road just one mile east of Pellissippi Parkway and I-140, is The Development Corporation’s latest addition to its business park inventory. Transportation:
The Park has excellent access to the interstate and major highways via Pellissippi Parkway and Hardin Valley Road. Pellissippi Parkway is a four-lane divided highway that interchanges with I-40/75 less than 6.5 miles from the park. I-81 is within 50 miles of the park and readily accessible via I-40. McGhee Tyson Airport is 18.5 miles away.
