Primary Chamber Tasks/Responsibilities: Manage the Chamber's media relations efforts and serve as the media spokesperson. Direct the development of organization's legislative and policy positions and lobby local, state, and federal governments for their enactment. Lead the Chamber in researching and publishing white papers on public policies and recommendations to elected officials.
Other Professional Activities: On the board of the Knoxville Chapter of UT Alumni Association; on the board of Introduction Knoxville; former board member of Keep Knoxville Beautiful
Education: B.A. in political science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville; M.A. in political science from the University of Memphis
