WAYS TO ENGAGE

The Knoxville Chamber works very hard to create opportunities for its members. That’s the key: opportunities. Please do not trick yourself into thinking that by simply paying your dues, putting a sticker on your door, and placing a plaque on your wall will make your business grow. After you invest in a membership you must act in order to reap a significant return. Below are a few ways to ensure you get the most from your membership. Your account executive or someone on our member services team can also help you maximize your opportunities!

New Member Orientations

We encourage all new chamber members to attend a New Member Orientation in order to learn about the many benefits we offer in an interactive session. You will meet other new members and several of our Ambassadors, which will help you feel more comfortable at future events. It is always comforting to see a familiar face! Click here to see our events calendar and find out when the next New Member Orientation is scheduled for.

Networking Events

One of the most popular ways to engage as a Chamber member is to attend our many networking events. While you can network at most Chamber events, Business After Hours, a.m. Exchanges, Schmoozapaloozas, and Power 30 Speed Networking events are all programmed specifically to expand your network and build relationships. Committees

The Chamber offers several committees for members to participate on. Click here for more information about the committees we offer.

Ambassador Program

The Chamber’s Ambassadors are members who volunteer their time to provide a crucial link between the Chamber and its members. Their primary responsibilities include retaining members, assisting with events, and recruiting new members. They enjoy the rewards of making new contacts and strengthening relationships. Click here to learn more about the program!

Advocate for Business

From time to time the Chamber calls on its members to assist with public policy initiatives that are favorable for the economic prosperity of the region. If you believe in something we are advocating for, help us by responding to various calls to action.
