Knoxville Noted for Fourth Lowest Rental Rates
The Wall Street Journal on Jan. 15 noted that Knoxville has the fourth lowest effective rental rates in the country, averaging $560 per month.
Wichita, Kan. came out with the lowest rent, followed by two cities in Oklahoma. Dayton, Ohio rounded out the top five.
The paper reported that the average rent in the United States was $975 per month.
