Parking & Directions

The Knoxville Chamber and the Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership are located on historic Market Square in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The Square is accessible from both Wall and Union Avenues. The closest roads to the west and east of the Square are Gay Street and Walnut Street. Parking is available at the Market Square Garage and on all sides of the Square in close proximity to the building.

The current construction on I-40 in downtown Knoxville HAS NOT affected the overall accessibility of the downtown business district or the Chamber's offices. To read more about the Smart Fix 40 projects, the progress or road realignments and detours please visit TDOT's informational website.

The Chamber provides parking validation in the Market Square Garage, Locust Street Garage, Pryor Brown Garage and State Street garage for many of its meetings and events.

From I-75/I-275

• Exit at Henley Street/441 South
• Bear right to the Western Ave/Summit Hill Dr. exit.
• Turn left at the light onto Western Ave.
• Proceed past the City of Knoxville fire station and make a right on Locust Street.
• Turn left onto Union Street then left onto Walnut. The entrance to the Market Square Garage is on your right

From I-40 West

• Exit at Hall of Fame Drive and follow directional signs towards Downtown
• Turn Right at E. Summit Hill Drive
• Turn Left onto Gay Street
• Turn Right onto Wall Avenue
• The entrance to the Market Square Garage is on your left

From I-40 East

• Exit 389 - "Hall of Fame Drive"
• Turn left onto Hall of Fame Drive at the top of the ramp; head toward downtown Knoxville
• Turn right onto Summit Hill Drive
• Turn left at Gay Street then right onto Wall Avenue
• The Market Square Garage and the entrance is located just past Market Square on the left

From South Knoxville/Chapman Highway

• Take 441 North over the Henley Street Bridge
• Turn right onto Western Avenue/Summit Hill Drive
• Turn right onto Locust Street and then left onto Union Avenue
• Turn left onto Walnut Street
• The Market Square Garage entrance is located on the right

There are many other parking options near Market Square. Among them are the Pryor Brown surface lot (next to the Pryor Brown garage), the State Street garage and the Hilton Hotel garage. There are also metered parking spaces along Wall and Union avenues and South Gay Street.
