How to Recruit/Hire University of Tennessee Students/Alumni
Career Services, at the University of Tennessee, offers a broad range of services for employers. We use an internet-based software system (Symplicity) that enables you to post job openings (part-time, summer, internship, fulltime and experienced job opportunities), search web resume books, schedule on-campus interviews and register to attend Job Fairs. Career Services works with all majors and degree levels.
Click on HIRE-A-VOL to access the system. Once on the site click on the gray tab that says "Register for a New UT Account". Complete the Company and Contact information and click on Submit. You will receive a welcome email message that contains your username and password. Use this information to log in. Once you log-in you can re-set the password to something you prefer.
