Transportation:
The park has excellent access to both interstates and major highways. Access to the park is via U.S.11E and U.S.11W, both four-lane divided highways that interchange with I-40 less than 15 minutes away. 1-75 and I-81 are also readily accessible via I-640 and S.R.92. McGhee Tyson Airport is within 45 minutes of Eastbridge Business Park.

Labor Force:
An outstanding multi-county labor force is readily accessible to the park. Tennessee is a right-to-work state. Training and educational programs are available and tailored to suit industry needs.
Electrical service:
Furnished by Knoxville Utility Board, one of the top 20 municipally owned power providers in the U.S. with superior electrical distribution capacity to meet industrial demands. A main TVA transmission line is located on the eastern park boundary. Three (3) phase power is available. There is underground service on site. Line size is 69 KV/13.2 KV.
Water Service:
16" distribution lines on site. 500,000 gallon storage tank with potential upgrade to 1 million gallons. Water pressure is 1,500 gallons per minute. 2.1 Mgd capacity available, raw process water is available. A full storm water detention system is in place.
Sanitary Sewer Service:
The waste treatment facility serving this business park has a 0.8 MGD capacity that will soon be upgraded to 1.3 MGD.
Natural Gas:
The Knoxville Utility Board can provide natural gas at any desired level required by park tenants. Full service extension can be completed to meet industry operation schedule. Line size is 8" and pressure is 40 psi.
Fire Protection:
Rural Metro has a fire station within 3.5 miles of the park, and hydrants installed in the park have excellent pressure and flow and an ISO rating of 6/9.
Telecommunications:
AT&T has a service capacity for 2400 lines along with the latest electronic switching available and can provide special service data lines.
