The latest journal from the American Chamber of Commerce Executives features a piece on Dr. Lee Angle, written by the Knoxville Chamber's Vice President of Policy and Public Relations, Garrett Wagley. In the article, Dr. Angle discusses the benefits of Chamber Member MD, a free business diagnostic tool available to Knoxville Chamber members and businesses that are not members.  Chamber Member MD is an 89 question tool that examines all aspects of a company's operations.  In the case of Dr. Angle and his company, Upper Cervical Health Centers of America, the tool provided the insight he needed to become a more profitable operation. "Chamber Member MD pointed out things 'you don't know that you don't know' - things I hadn't thought about.  And it made me look outside for additional advice," Dr. Angle said in the article. After the business assessment, Dr. Angle discovered he wasn't charging patients for all the services his office provides, obviously not the best scenario for a business. "Chamber MD made a real different in my business... everybody should do it," Dr. Angle said.
