Social Media for Business Series Kicks-Off
The Knoxville Chamber kicked off 2012′s Social Media Series January 10 with Jeremy Floyd giving area business leaders an idea of what to expect in 2012.
Floyd, of Knoxville’s Bluegill media told Chamber members he believes most of the world is finally starting to fully understand the power of social media. While it has been hyped as such in the past, Floyd also stressed that 2012 could be the true year social media goes mobile. With 4G mobile plans expanding across the globe, new technology like virtual reality and other simulators will open up new doors for business.
Floyd’s presentation is the first of a four-part series at the Knoxville Chamber. Other social media experts from East Tennessee will tackle various topics over the rest of the month. The series is open to both chamber members and non-members, to attend, click any of the events listed below.
