Kirk Ellard, current Assistant Vice President for Pro2Serve’s Security Programs at Los Alamos National Laboratory, will assume the role of Vice President and Senior Program Manager for Pro2Serve’s Integrated Physical Security Solutions Division, with responsibility for ensuring program performance across the Division’s numerous physical security contracts.  Mr. Ellard has more than 30 years experience in engineering, project management, and national security. He had responsible charge for $1.4B of construction for DOE and DoD projects, including a $400M international collaboration with Russia.
